CES 2015

Tuesday (January 6) marked the first day of the CES conference proper, starting with opening remarks from Gary Shapiro, CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), followed by a keynote address from Ford Motor CEO Mark Fields. CES opened its doors to the public at 10:00 a.m., boasting a record 3,600-plus exhibitors and 2.2 million square feet of exhibition space. The day featured several seminars and workshops, and was capped by a keynote address from Intel CEO Brian Krzanich, which included a music-and-dance number, as well as several new product introductions and demos.
